You may have read a ‘clickbait’ article, ones that are written to attract readers but are not based on actual facts, saying it is one of the top 10 valuable beanie babies. Misled sellers have even offered to fly their beanie to potential customers because of the high value. Before you buy a plane ticket, understand that NO variation of Millennium is worth $5,000, no matter how many errors are found.

Ty beanie baby Millennium has many variations, now referred to as errors.  Besides name and location misspellings, Millennium had a ribbon, and a tush tag generation change.

Below are some differences/errors you can expect to find. These were all common, a.k.a. mass produced.

Variations

1^st Millenium: 1 ‘n’ hang tag, 1 ‘n’ tush tag; incorrect spelling on both, and misspelled “Gasport” location on hang tag. Stiff gold ribbon.

2^nd Millennium: 1 ‘n’ hang tag, 2 ‘n’ tush tag; misspelled “Gasport” location on hang tag. Tush tag was corrected. Stiff gold ribbon.

3^rd Millennium: 2 ‘n’ hang tag, 2 ‘n’ tush tag; both tags corrected now, “Gosport” corrected on hang tag. Stiff gold ribbon.

4^th Millennium: 2 ‘n’ hang tag, 2 ‘n’ tush tag; both tags corrected now, “Gosport” corrected on hang tag. NEW Ribbed smoother ribbon.

5^th Millennium: 2 ‘n’ hang tag, 2 ‘n’ tush tag; both tags corrected now, “Gosport” corrected on hang tag. 8^th Generation “single” tush tag, not looped. NEW Ribbed smoother ribbon.

Values

So, what has all this got to do with the value of your beanie baby?  Not a great deal unless you want to believe some ‘clickbait’ articles that value them in their thousands to attract readers to their sites. The supply is plentiful and the demand isn’t.  You can find the exact beanie listed at $0.99 as $14,500 and beyond!  Unfortunately this beanie has an average value of $5 or less.
