Broadway Beanie Babies were officially sanctioned by Ty Inc. for Livent to use as commemoratives for their Broadway Shows. Each beanie was carefully chosen to represent a character in the show, or because it was linked to Canada. Livent was a Canadian company. The promotions helped attract people to the theatre. These promotional beanies are valued by collectors of Beanies, theatre enthusiasts, and music lovers.
It has been said that the beanies with a Livent ribbon, should have the extra Canadian tush tags, and NF Brown Teddies, and of course Maple. Glory and Spangle are USA exclusive Beanies, so don’t have it.
